'Green' Tariffs for Private Households
On July 20, 2015, National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities of Ukraine passed its Ordinance No 2046 “On Establishment of “green” tariffs for electricity generated by private households”. In compliance with the Ukrainian legislation the Ordinance has come into force on the day of its official publication, i.e. today, August 25, 2015.
According to the above mentioned Ordinance “green” tariffs for electric power generated by the installations installed in private households and using wind and/or solar energy (provided the total capacity of such installation does not exceed 30 kW) have been set as follow:
