The Second International Renewable Energy Forum REF-2013 completed its work in Moscow on November 13, 2013

The Second International Renewable Energy Forum REF-2013 completed its work in Moscow on November 13, 2013. Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiencies sectors’ representatives from about 20 countries participated in the event.  

During two days owners and top managers of the companies involved in the renewable energy sector, heads of the relevant governmental bodies, international experts, heads of reputable public organizations discussed the current status and prospects for renewable energy development in the region.

Ukrainian Wind Energy Association as information partner of the REF 2013 Moscow actively participated in the event.

”Since the adoption of the Resolution on promotion of the use of renewable energy sources for electricity generation in the Russian Federation,  Russia has become a promising market for the companies involved in the wind energy sector.  Ukrainian and European companies are interested in transferring their practical experience they gained in implementation of wind projects, including designing, developing, equipment manufacturing and construction of wind farms to the Russian wind energy market. This was the main message of the Forum”, Andriy Konechenkov, UWEA Chairman stressed.
