Authorization
A training workshop within the USELF programme “EBRD: financing wind energy in Ukraine” took place in Kiev on December 1, 2011. Representatives of UWEA, leading Ukrainian wind developers and law companies participated in the event. Andrei Konechenkov, UWEA’s Chairman, made a presentation “Ukrainian Wind Energy Development Tendencies” and handed over to representatives of EBRD a brief report consisting of information on stages of wind project development in Ukraine based on analysis of existing Ukrainian legislation.
